Answer: Orders placed with ErgoTrain include free shipping on all items and there is no minimum order amount.

For customers located in Bangkok and surrounding provinces (only districts not too far from Bangkok), delivery will be handled by our own delivery team, and our technicians will assemble the product at your home. (If your delivery address is not in Bangkok but is not too far from Bangkok, you can inquire about delivery methods by calling our Call Center at 081-285-7171 or 02-380-5555 ext. 101, 102.)

For customers located within Bangkok and for items that are not too large, the shop will ship the goods to the customer via Thailand Post.

For customers outside Bangkok or outside our delivery route, we will ship the goods via reliable leading shipping companies. Customers can inform us whether they want the product assembled for them or if they prefer to assemble it themselves (as some models include assembly instructions in the box, and the steps are not complicated). For deliveries outside of Bangkok, we will carefully pack the goods to prevent damage during transportation.

For customers purchasing large quantities and receiving special discounts, including clearance items or promotional items, there may be an additional shipping fee on top of the product price. Customers should inquire with the store before confirming their order. Typically, the store will inform customers of any additional shipping charges before payment, as we prioritize honesty and integrity with our customers.

Answer: Delivery time to the customer will not exceed 5 business days from the date the store receives payment for the goods.

Answer: Ergotrend products come with after-sales service and spare parts. Customers can rest assured that if their product malfunctions, replacement parts will be available to repair only the damaged components. We also have skilled technicians who can provide advice throughout the product's lifespan.

If the product is under warranty and the damage is due to normal use or manufacturing defects, etc., the store will not charge for spare parts and after-sales service. However, if the product is out of warranty and the damage does not meet the warranty conditions, the customer must pay for spare parts and service.
