Product Warranty Conditions
• The Company sets a product warranty period of 5 years (subject to additional conditions specified by the Company). The warranty period will start from the date the customer receives the product.
• Product quality warranty covers only defects in products caused by manufacturing and materials used in production. The Company reserves the right to cancel the product warranty if the damage to the product is caused by factors other than defects in the manufacturing process or is not damage caused by normal use of the product, materials, or parts.
• Product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by misuse, improper use, and careless use, scratches, dents, tears, dirt, stains, damage caused by modification, alteration, adjustment of the product after delivery, assembly, installation, repair, relocation, self-transportation after receiving the product from the Company, or improper cleaning, deterioration of materials or equipment due to age, moldy products, rust stains (Oxide), Clearance Sale products, display products, products sold as-is, and products used for business or trade.
• Product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accidents, natural disasters, riots, including improper placement of the product, drops, exposure to water, liquids, or chemicals, damage, scratches, stains, and dirt caused by pets or insects, products eaten by termites or weevils, and other damage such as cracking, breaking, bending, chipping, warping, cracking, puncturing, including foreign objects, which cause damage to the warranted product.
• In case of damage, if the Company cannot find the same materials or parts to repair or replace within the repair period, the Company reserves the right to provide materials with equivalent properties and standards as a replacement.
• If the Company determines that your product is under warranty, the Company reserves the right to decide whether to replace parts, repair the product, or take other appropriate action. There will be no refunds in any case. If the product is a set, and damage occurs to any part, the Company reserves the right to change only the problematic part.
• If your product has been replaced or repaired, the product warranty period will still be valid from the date of receipt, and will not be extended from the date of repair.
• The Company reserves the right to determine whether the product is under warranty. The Company's decision is final.
• Product relocation is not covered by the product warranty.
• If there is a change or transfer of ownership of the product, the Company considers the warranty to be terminated. In case of lost documents, the Company reserves the right not to issue new ones.
• The Company reserves the right to warrant products only in Thailand.
• This warranty does not cover minor differences between product images on the website, posters, leaflets, brochures, catalogs, or images from other media of the Company and the actual product received.
• The Company reserves the right to change the details of the warranty terms and conditions without prior notice.
• This warranty does not cover consignment products sold through the Company.
