How to order

1. Add items to the shopping cart.

Once you've found a product you like, click the "Add to Cart" button. After adding items to your cart, the website will take you to your cart page to show you all the items you've added. If you want to continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping".

2. Checkout

Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button to proceed to the next step of the order process. Then, click the Login button to log in (if you have already registered) or enter your name and shipping address and check the box to “Use this information to register” (if you are a new member). Fill in all the required information on this page, and then click the “Confirm Order” button.

3. Transfer payment for goods/pay by credit card through the system.

After verifying the order information, customers can transfer/pay via credit card. In the case of bank transfers, if payment is not received within 2 days of order confirmation, the store reserves the right to cancel the order and make the product available for sale to other customers.

4. Make payment for the goods.

Customers can notify us of their payment via the "Payment Notification" menu (top left) or by clicking here: "Payment Notification". The system will then display a payment notification form. Please fill in all the required information, attach proof of payment, and click the "Confirm" button.

5. Wait to receive the goods.

After notifying us of the payment transfer, customers can rest assured that their order will be delivered within 5 business days (excluding Sundays).

• For deliveries within Bangkok, products will be delivered by our own delivery team, and a staff member will contact you by phone to schedule the delivery date and time beforehand.
• For deliveries outside of Bangkok, products will be shipped by leading transportation companies.
