• The company provides a product warranty period of 5 years (subject to additional conditions specified by the company). The warranty period will commence from the date the customer receives the product.
• The product quality warranty covers only product defects resulting from manufacturing and the materials used in production. The company reserves the right to void the product warranty if the damage to the product is caused by factors other than manufacturing defects or is not due to normal use of the product, materials, or parts.
• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from misuse, improper use, negligent use, scratches, dents, tears, dirt, stains, damage caused by modification, alteration, or adjustment of the product after delivery, self-assembly, installation, repair, relocation, or transportation after delivery from the company, or improper cleaning, material or component deterioration due to age, mold on the product, rust stains (Oxide), Clearance Sale products, display products, as-is products, and products used for business or commercial purposes.
• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from accidents, natural disasters, riots, including improper placement, dropping, exposure to water, liquids, or chemicals, damage, scratches, stains, and dirt caused by pets or insects, products infested by termites or woodworms, and other damages such as cracks, breaks, warping, chips, bends, fractures, punctures, including foreign objects that cause damage to the warranted product.
• In the event of damage, if the company cannot source identical materials or parts for repair or replacement within the repair period, the company reserves the right to provide substitute materials of equivalent quality and standards.
• If the company determines that your product meets the warranty conditions, the company reserves the right to decide whether to replace parts, repair the product, or take other appropriate action. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If the product is a set and one part is damaged, the company reserves the right to replace only the problematic part.
• If your product has received a part replacement or repair, the product warranty period will continue from the original date of receipt and will not be extended from the date of repair.
• The company reserves the right to diagnose and decide whether the product is covered by the warranty. The company's decision is final.
• Product relocation is not within the scope of the product warranty.
