• การรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้า ไม่ครอบคลุมถึงความเสียหายต่อตัวสินค้าอันเกิดจากอุบัติเหตุ ภัยธรรมชาติ การจลาจล รวมถึงการจัดวางสินค้าไม่เหมาะสม ตกหล่น ถูกน้ำ ถูกของเหลว หรือสารเคมี ความเสียหาย รอยขีดข่วน รอยเปื้อน และคราบสกปรกที่เกิดจากสัตว์เลี้ยง หรือแมลง สินค้าที่ถูกปลวกหรือมอดกิน และความเสียหายอื่นๆ เช่น แตก หัก บิด บิ่น งอ ร้าว ทะลุ รวมถึงมีสิ่งแปลกปลอม อันเป็นสาเหตุให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่สินค้าที่รับประกัน
• ในกรณีที่เกิดความเสียหายขึ้น แต่ทางบริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถจัดหาวัสดุหรือชิ้นส่วนในรายการเดียวกันเพื่อใช้ในการซ่อมแซมหรือเปลี่ยนให้ได้ในระยะเวลาของการซ่อมแซม บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดหาวัสดุที่มีคุณสมบัติ และมาตรฐานเท่าเทียมกันทดแทน
• หากบริษัทฯ พิจารณาแล้วว่าสินค้าของท่านอยู่ในเงื่อนไขการรับประกัน บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสินใจดำเนินการเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนทดแทน หรือทำการซ่อมแซมสินค้า หรือดำเนินการตามความเหมาะสม โดยจะไม่มีการคืนเงินทุกกรณี ในกรณีที่สินค้าเป็นชุด หากเกิดความเสียหายกับชิ้นส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่ง บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนแปลงเฉพาะชิ้นส่วนที่มีปัญหาเท่านั้น
• ในกรณีที่สินค้าของท่านได้รับการเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนหรือได้รับการซ่อมแซมแล้ว ระยะเวลาการรับประกันสินค้าจะยังคงมีผลนับจากวันที่รับสินค้า โดยไม่ได้ขยายเวลานับจากวันที่มีการซ่อมแซมสินค้า
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเป็นผู้วินิจฉัย และตัดสินใจว่าสินค้านั้นๆ อยู่ในเงื่อนไขการรับประกันหรือไม่ คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
• การเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้า ไม่อยู่ในขอบเขตของการรับประกันสินค้า
• หากมีการเปลี่ยน โอนกรรมสิทธิ์ของตัวสินค้า บริษัทฯ ถือว่าการรับประกันเป็นที่สิ้นสุด และในกรณีเอกสารสูญหาย ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ออกให้ใหม่
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับประกันสินค้าที่อยู่ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
