The warranty period will begin counting only from the date the customer receives the product. • The product quality warranty covers only product defects resulting from manufacturing and the materials used in manufacturing. The company reserves the right to cancel the product warranty if the damage to the product is caused by factors other than manufacturing defects or is not damage resulting from normal use of the product, materials, or parts. • The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from misuse, improper use, and careless use, scratches, dents, tears, dirt stains, smudges, damage resulting from modification, alteration, or adjustment of the product after delivery, self-assembly, repair, relocation, or transportation after receiving the product from the company, or improper cleaning. • The product quality warranty does not cover the deterioration of materials or equipment due to wear and tear, moldy products, rust stains (Oxide), Clearance Sale products, display products, as-is products, and products used for business or commercial purposes. • The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from accidents, natural disasters, riots, including improper product placement, dropping, contact with water, liquids, or chemicals, damage caused by pets or insects, products eaten by termites or woodworms, and other damage such as cracks, breaks, bends, warps, tears, punctures, or foreign objects causing damage. • In the event of damage, but the company is unable to provide the same materials or parts for repair or replacement, the company reserves the right to provide materials or parts of equivalent quality and standards as a substitute. • If the company deems that your product is under warranty conditions, the company reserves the right to replace parts or repair the product as appropriate, with no refunds in any case. In the case of a set of products, the company reserves the right to replace only the problematic part. • If your product has been replaced or repaired, the warranty period will still be counted from the date of receipt of the product and will not be extended. • The company reserves the right to diagnose and decide whether the product is under warranty conditions. The company's decision shall be final. • Relocation of the product is not covered by the product warranty. • If there is a change or transfer of ownership of the product, the warranty will terminate immediately. In case of loss of documents, the company reserves the right not to issue new documents. • The company reserves the right to provide warranty only for products used within Thailand. • This warranty does not include minor differences between product images in promotional media and the actual product. • The company reserves the right to change the details of the warranty conditions without prior notice. • This warranty does not cover consignment products.
