Product Warranty Conditions
• The company sets a product warranty period of 1 year (subject to additional conditions specified by the company). The product warranty period will begin from the date the customer receives the product only.
• The product quality warranty covers only product defects resulting from manufacturing and the materials used in manufacturing. The company reserves the right to cancel the product warranty if the damage to the product results from factors other than manufacturing defects or is not damage caused by normal use of the product, materials, or various parts.
• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by misuse, improper use, and careless use, scratches, dents, tears, stains, smudges, damage caused by modification, alteration, or adjustment of the product after delivery, self-assembly, repair, relocation, or transport after receiving the product from the company, or improper cleaning methods, material or equipment degradation due to age, moldy products, rust stains (Oxide), Clearance Sale products, display products, products sold as-is, and products used for business or commercial purposes.
• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accidents, natural disasters, riots, including improper product placement, dropping, exposure to water, liquids, or chemicals, damage, scratches, stains, and dirt caused by pets or insects, products infested with termites or borers, and other damages such as cracking, breaking, twisting, chipping, bending, cracking, puncturing, including foreign objects, which cause damage to the warranted product.
• In the event of damage, but the company cannot find materials or parts of the same item for repair or replacement within the repair period, the company reserves the right to provide materials with equivalent properties and standards as a substitute.
• If the company determines that your product is within the warranty conditions, the company reserves the right to decide to replace parts, repair the product, or take appropriate action, without any refunds. In the case of a product set, if any part is damaged, the company reserves the right to change only the problematic part.
• If your product has been replaced or repaired, the product warranty period will still be effective from the date of receipt, and will not be extended from the date of product repair.
• The company reserves the right to be the sole interpreter and decision-maker as to whether the product is under warranty. The company's decision is final.
• Product relocation is not covered by the product warranty.
• If there is a change or transfer of ownership of the product, the company considers the warranty to be terminated. In case of lost documents, the company reserves the right not to re-issue them.
• The company reserves the right to warranty products only within Thailand.
• This warranty does not cover minor differences between product images on the website, posters, leaflets, flyers, brochures, catalogs, or images from other company media and the actual product received.
• The company reserves the right to change the details of the warranty conditions without prior notice.
• This warranty does not cover consignment products sold through the company.
