Conditions: Covers only the following parts that are damaged, broken, or have manufacturing defects:
- Upholstery material of the backrest, upholstery material of the seat cushion, upholstery material of the headrest, compression of the foam in the seat cushion.
Product Warranty Conditions
• The Company provides a 3-year warranty period (subject to additional conditions specified by the Company). The warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the product only.
• The product quality warranty covers only defects in the product caused by manufacturing and the materials used in manufacturing. The Company reserves the right to cancel the product warranty if the damage to the product is caused by factors other than manufacturing defects or is not damage resulting from normal use of the product, materials, or parts.
• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by improper use, incorrect use, and careless use, scratches, dents, tears, stains, smudges, damage caused by modification, alteration, adjustment of the product after delivery, self-assembly, repair, relocation, transportation after receiving the product from the Company, or improper cleaning, deterioration of materials or equipment due to wear and tear, mold on the product, rust stains (Oxide), Clearance Sale products, display products, as-is products, and products used for business or commercial purposes.
• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accidents, natural disasters, riots, including improper product placement, dropping, contact with water, liquids, or chemicals, damage, scratches, stains, and smudges caused by pets or insects, products infested with termites or borers, and other damages such as cracking, breaking, twisting, chipping, bending, cracking, perforating, and the presence of foreign objects that cause damage to the warranted product.
• In the event of damage, if the Company cannot provide the same materials or parts for repair or replacement within the repair period, the Company reserves the right to provide alternative materials with equivalent properties and standards.
• If the Company determines that your product meets the warranty conditions, the Company reserves the right to decide to replace parts, repair the product, or take appropriate action. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. If the product is a set and damage occurs to any part, the Company reserves the right to replace only the problematic part.
• If your product has been replaced or repaired, the product warranty period will still be effective from the date of receipt, and will not be extended from the date of repair.
• The Company reserves the right to diagnose and decide whether the product is under warranty. The Company's decision is final.
• Product relocation is not covered by the product warranty.
• If there is a change or transfer of ownership of the product, the Company considers the warranty to be terminated. In case of lost documents, the Company reserves the right not to issue new ones.
• The Company reserves the right to warrant products located only in Thailand.
• This warranty does not cover minor differences between product images on websites, posters, leaflets, brochures, catalogs, or other media from the Company and the actual product received.
• The Company reserves the right to change the details of the warranty conditions without prior notice.
• This warranty does not cover consignment products sold through the Company.

A: It's not difficult. The Ergotrain Ergomatic Pro ergonomic chair is designed for easy assembly, taking approximately 15-20 minutes with an easy-to-understand Thai instruction manual.

A: Free assembly service is available for Bangkok and surrounding areas.
For areas outside of Bangkok, there will be additional charges depending on the service area and type of product.
