Company's Product Warranty Policy

  • The company provides a product warranty period of 1 year (subject to additional terms and conditions specified by the company). The warranty period begins from the date the customer receives the product.
  • The product warranty covers only defects in the product resulting from manufacturing and the materials used in production. The company reserves the right to void the warranty if the damage to the product is caused by factors other than manufacturing defects, or if it is not damage resulting from normal use of the product, materials, or parts.
  • The product warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from misuse, improper use, or careless handling; scratches, dents, tears, stains, dirt, or damage caused by modifications, alterations, or adjustments to the product after delivery; self-assembly, installation, repair, relocation, or transportation after delivery from the company; improper cleaning; material or component deterioration due to age; mold; rust (oxidation); clearance sale items; display items; items sold as-is; or items used for business or commercial purposes.
  • The product warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accidents, natural disasters, riots, improper storage, dropping, water damage, liquid or chemical exposure, scratches, stains and dirt caused by pets or insects, termite or woodworm damage, and other damage such as cracks, breakage, warping, chipping, bending, fractures, punctures, or foreign objects that cause damage to the guaranteed product.
  • The warranty does not cover repair service fees, shipping costs, transportation costs, and travel expenses for on-site service.
  • In the event that damage occurs but the company is unable to provide the same materials or parts for repair or replacement within the repair period, the company reserves the right to provide replacement materials with equivalent properties and standards.
  • If the company determines that your product is covered under warranty, the company reserves the right to decide whether to replace parts, repair the product, or take other appropriate action. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. In the case of a product set, if any part is damaged, the company reserves the right to replace only the damaged part.
  • If your product has had parts replaced or has been repaired, the warranty period will remain valid from the date of receipt of the product and will not be extended from the date of repair.
  • The company reserves the right to determine whether a product is covered under warranty. The company's decision is final.
  • The movement of goods is not covered under the product warranty.
  • If ownership of the product changes or is transferred, the company considers the warranty to be terminated. Furthermore, in the event of lost documents, the company reserves the right not to issue replacements.
  • The company reserves the right to provide warranty service only for products located in Thailand.
  • This warranty does not cover minor differences between product images on the website, posters, leaflets, brochures, catalogs, or other company materials and the actual product received.
  • The company reserves the right to change the warranty terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • This warranty does not cover consignment items sold through the company.

  • The warranty in this category covers only damage to the following parts that are defective or faulty due to manufacturing. The company guarantees the product for a period of 1 year from the date the customer receives the product.

  • This warranty does not cover damage to other materials, including upholstery resulting from use, scratches, dents, discoloration, fading, stains, smudges, rust, tears, detachment, abrasion, peeling, damage from termites, woodworms, mold, water damage, chemicals, dampness, moisture, natural marks, damage from misuse, improper maintenance, clearance sale items, display items, and items sold as-is, etc.

Return Policy

  • The Product must be returned to us in 7 days after the date you receive the product and
  • The Product must be uninstalled, unused and in the original package with seal.
  • Shipping cost of the returned product will be responsible by the buyer.

Refund policy

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to purchase the order. But do note that we reserve the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice.
  • Once the product has been received by us and has passed our quality check, we will refund the amount within 7-14 working days (30 - 45 working days for debit card payment). The eventual date when the amount gets credited to your account will depend on your bank's policy and payment method used.
