• The Company provides a 3-year product warranty period (subject to additional conditions specified by the Company). The warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the product only.

• In the event of damage, but the Company is unable to provide the same materials or parts for repair or replacement within the repair period, the Company reserves the right to provide materials of equivalent quality and standards as a substitute.
• If the Company determines that your product is within the warranty conditions, the Company reserves the right to decide whether to replace parts, repair the product, or take other appropriate action, and no refunds will be issued in any case. If the product is a set, and damage occurs to any one part, the Company reserves the right to replace only the problematic part.
• If your product has had parts replaced or been repaired, the product warranty period will remain effective from the date of receipt of the product and will not be extended from the date of repair.
• The Company reserves the right to diagnose and decide whether the product is within the warranty conditions. The Company's decision is final.
• Relocation of the product is not covered by the product warranty.
• If there is a change or transfer of ownership of the product, the Company considers the warranty to be terminated. In case of loss of documents, the Company reserves the right not to issue new ones.
• The Company reserves the right to provide warranty service only for products located in Thailand.
