Product Warranty Conditions:
• The Company provides a product warranty for a period of 5 years (subject to additional conditions specified by the Company). The warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the product only.
• The product quality warranty covers only defects in the product caused by manufacturing and the materials used in manufacturing. The Company reserves the right to cancel the product warranty if the damage to the product is caused by factors other than manufacturing defects or is not damage resulting from normal use of the product, materials, or various parts.
• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by misuse, improper use, and careless use, scratches, dents, tears, dirt, stains, damage caused by modification, alteration, adjustment of the product after delivery, self-assembly, repair, relocation, transportation after receiving the product from the Company, or improper cleaning, deterioration of materials or equipment due to wear and tear, moldy products, rust stains (Oxide), Clearance Sale products, display products, products sold as-is, and products used for business or commercial purposes.
• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accidents, natural disasters, riots, including improper placement of the product, dropping, exposure to water, liquids, or chemicals, damage, scratches, stains, and dirt caused by pets or insects, products infested with termites or woodworms, and other damages such as cracks, breaks, bends, chips, warps, fissures, punctures, including foreign objects that cause damage to the warranted product.
• In case of damage, but the Company cannot find materials or parts of the same type for repair or replacement within the repair period, the Company reserves the right to provide materials with equivalent properties and standards as a substitute.
• If the Company determines that your product is under warranty, the Company reserves the right to decide to replace parts, repair the product, or take appropriate action. No refunds will be given in any case. If the product is a set, and damage occurs to any part, the Company reserves the right to change only the damaged part.
• If your product has had parts replaced or been repaired, the product warranty period will still be effective from the date of receipt of the product, and will not be extended from the date the product was repaired.
• The Company reserves the right to be the sole judge and decision-maker as to whether the product is under warranty. The Company's decision is final.
• Product relocation is not covered by the product warranty.
• If there is a change or transfer of ownership of the product, the Company considers the warranty terminated. In case of lost documents, the Company reserves the right not to issue new ones.
• The Company reserves the right to warranty products located only in Thailand.
