Product Warranty Conditions
• The company sets the product warranty period at 3 years (subject to additional conditions specified by the company). The product warranty period will begin only from the date the customer receives the product.
• The product quality warranty covers only defects in products caused by manufacturing and the materials used in manufacturing. The company reserves the right to cancel the product warranty if the damage to the product results from factors other than a defect in the manufacturing process or damage that is not caused by normal use of the product, materials, or various parts.

• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accidents, natural disasters, riots, including inappropriate placement of products, dropping, exposure to water, liquids, or chemicals, damage, scratches, stains, and dirt caused by pets or insects, products eaten by termites or woodworms, and other damage such as breaking, fracturing, bending, chipping, warping, cracking, puncturing, including foreign objects, which cause damage to the warranted product.
• In the event of damage, if the company cannot find materials or parts of the same item for repair or replacement within the repair period, the company reserves the right to provide substitute materials of equivalent quality and standards.
• If the company determines that your product is within the warranty conditions, the company reserves the right to decide to replace parts, repair the product, or take appropriate action, and no refunds will be given under any circumstances. In the case of a set of products, if any part is damaged, the company reserves the right to change only the problematic part.
• If your product has had parts replaced or repaired, the product warranty period will still be valid from the date of receipt of the product, and will not be extended from the date of product repair.
• The company reserves the right to determine and decide whether the product is within the warranty conditions. The company's decision is final.
• Product relocation is not covered by the product warranty.
• If there is a change of ownership of the product, the company considers the warranty to be terminated. In case of lost documents, the company reserves the right not to issue new ones.
