• The company provides a product warranty period of 3 years (subject to additional conditions specified by the company). The warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the product only.
• Product quality warranty covers only defects in the product caused by manufacturing and the materials used in manufacturing. • In the event of damage, but the company cannot procure the same materials or parts for repair or replacement within the repair period, the company reserves the right to provide materials of equivalent quality and standards as a substitute.
• If the company determines that your product is within the warranty conditions, the company reserves the right to decide to replace parts, repair the product, or take other appropriate actions. No refunds will be issued in any case. If the product is a set, and damage occurs to one part, the company reserves the right to replace only the problematic part.
• If your product has undergone part replacement or repair, the product warranty period will still be effective from the date of receipt of the product and will not be extended from the date of product repair.
