• In the event of damage, if the company cannot source identical materials or parts for repair or replacement within the repair period, the company reserves the right to provide alternative materials of equivalent quality and standard.
• If the company determines that your product is covered by the warranty, the company reserves the right to decide to replace parts, repair the product, or take appropriate action, with no refunds in any case. A: The DYNAMIQ model differs from regular chairs with its more refined ergonomic support system, such as a self-balancing left-right seat that helps distribute weight and reduce pressure while sitting, a dynamic support lower backrest that supports body movement in all directions, a slide-in/out seat, and a 4D armrest that adjusts in multiple directions to support arms and shoulders, reducing fatigue. The backrest reclines deeply up to 150°, suitable for both work and relaxation.

The materials include breathable mesh, a strong frame, and a TUV standard gas lift supporting users from 150–195 cm tall and weighing up to 130 kg. The headrest adjusts in multiple directions (up/down and tilt) to support the neck. It also features a large, hidden leg rest, allowing it to recline like a lounge chair.
