• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accidents, natural disasters, riots, including improper placement of the product, dropping, contact with water, liquids, or chemicals, damage, scratches, stains, and dirt caused by pets or insects, products eaten by termites or woodworms, and other damage such as cracking, breaking, twisting, chipping, bending, cracking, puncturing, including foreign objects, which cause damage to the warranted product.
• In the event of damage, if the company cannot find materials or parts of the same item to repair or replace within the repair period, the company reserves the right to provide materials with equivalent properties and standards as a replacement.
• If the company determines that your product is under warranty, the company reserves the right to decide to replace parts, repair the product, or take appropriate action, without any refunds in any case.
