• In the event of damage, if the company cannot find materials or parts of the same item for repair or replacement within the repair period, the company reserves the right to provide substitute materials with equivalent properties and standards.
• If the company determines that your product is covered by the warranty, the company reserves the right to decide to replace parts, repair the product, or take appropriate action, without any refunds.
