Product Warranty Conditions:
• The Company provides a product warranty period of 3 years (subject to additional conditions specified by the Company). The warranty period will begin from the date the customer receives the product only.
• Product quality warranty covers only defects in the product caused by manufacturing and the materials used in manufacturing. The Company reserves the right to cancel the product warranty if the damage to the product is caused by factors other than manufacturing defects or is not damage resulting from normal use of the product, materials, or parts.
• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by improper use, incorrect use, careless use, scratches, dents, tears, stains, damage caused by modification, alteration, adjustment of the product after delivery, self-assembly, repair, relocation, or transportation after delivery from the Company, or incorrect cleaning methods, material or component degradation due to usage, mold on products, rust stains (Oxide), Clearance Sale products, display products, as-is products, and products used for business or commercial purposes.
• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accidents, natural disasters, riots, including improper product placement, dropping, exposure to water, liquids, or chemicals, damage, scratches, stains, and dirt caused by pets or insects, products infested by termites or woodworms, and other damages such as cracks, breaks, twists, chips, bends, fractures, punctures, including foreign objects, which cause damage to the warranted product.
• In the event of damage, but the Company cannot provide the same material or parts for repair or replacement within the repair period, the Company reserves the right to provide materials with equivalent properties and standards as substitutes.
• If the Company determines that your product is under warranty, the Company reserves the right to decide to replace parts, repair the product, or take appropriate action. No refunds will be given in any case. If the product is a set, and damage occurs to any part, the Company reserves the right to change only the problematic part.
• If your product has had parts replaced or been repaired, the product warranty period will still be effective from the date of receipt of the product, and will not be extended from the date of repair.
• The Company reserves the right to be the sole decision-maker as to whether the product is under warranty. The Company's decision is final.
• Product relocation is not covered by the product warranty.
• If there is a change or transfer of ownership of the product, the Company considers the warranty terminated. In case of lost documents, the Company reserves the right not to issue new ones.
• The Company reserves the right to provide warranty for products located in Thailand only.
• This warranty does not cover minor differences between product images on websites, posters, leaflets, brochures, catalogs, or other media from the Company and the actual product received.
• The Company reserves the right to change the warranty terms and conditions without prior notice.
• This warranty does not cover consignment products sold through the Company.
