• The company sets the product warranty period at 3 years (subject to additional conditions specified by the company). The warranty period will begin from the date the customer receives the product only.
• The product quality warranty covers only defects in the product caused by manufacturing and the materials used in manufacturing. The company reserves the right to void the product warranty if the damage to the product is caused by factors other than manufacturing defects or is not damage resulting from normal use of the product, materials, or parts.

• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accidents, natural disasters, riots, including improper placement, dropping, exposure to water, liquids, or chemicals, damage, scratches, stains, and dirt caused by pets or insects, products infested with termites or borers, and other damages such as cracking, breaking, warping, chipping, bending, cracking, puncturing, or containing foreign objects that cause damage to the warranted product.
• In the event of damage, if the company is unable to find the same materials or parts for repair or replacement within the repair period, the company reserves the right to provide materials with equivalent properties and standards as a substitute.
• If the company determines that your product is within the warranty conditions, the company reserves the right to decide to replace parts, repair the product, or take appropriate action, without any refunds in all cases. If the product is a set, and damage occurs to a specific part, the company reserves the right to replace only the problematic part.
• If your product has had parts replaced or been repaired, the product warranty period will still be effective from the date of product receipt, without extending the period from the date of repair.
• The company reserves the right to diagnose and decide whether the product is within the warranty conditions. The company's decision is final.
• Product relocation is not covered by the product warranty.
• If there is a change or transfer of ownership of the product, the company considers the warranty terminated. In case of lost documents, the company reserves the right not to issue new ones.
• The company reserves the right to warrant products only within Thailand.
• This warranty does not cover minor differences between product images on the website, posters, leaflets, brochures, catalogs, or other media from the company and the actual product received.
• The company reserves the right to change the details of the warranty conditions without prior notice.
• This warranty does not cover consignment products sold through the company.

A: Free shipping throughout Thailand for orders with a minimum purchase of 5,000 baht or more.

Q: How long does it take to deliver the goods?
A: Bangkok and surrounding areas: Delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days.

Outside Bangkok: Delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days.

Q: Is assembling the chair difficult?
A: It's not difficult. The ErgoTrain Oslo ergonomic chair is designed for easy assembly. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes with an easy-to-understand Thai-language instruction manual and a video tutorial on assembly is also available.

A: Free assembly service is available for Bangkok and surrounding areas.
For areas outside of Bangkok, there will be additional charges depending on the service area and type of product.
