• The product quality warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accidents, natural disasters, riots, including improper placement of the product, dropping, exposure to water, liquids, or chemicals, damage, scratches, stains, and dirt caused by pets or insects, products eaten by termites or woodworms, and other damage such as breakage, cracking, twisting, chipping, bending, splintering, piercing, including foreign objects that cause damage to the warranted product.
• In the event of damage, if the company cannot provide the same materials or parts for repair or replacement within the repair period, the company reserves the right to provide alternative materials of equivalent quality and standard.
• If the company determines that your product is within the warranty conditions, the company reserves the right to decide to replace parts, repair the product, or take appropriate action, without any refunds. In the case of a product set, if one part is damaged, the company reserves the right to replace only the problematic part.
• If your product has been replaced or repaired, the product warranty period will still be effective from the date of receipt, and will not be extended from the date of product repair.
